The Boathouse Cafe is a seafood cafe and restaurant, set in a unique location in the fisherman's arches on the Mayflower Steps, just a stone's throw from Plymouth's historic Barbican.
Our speciality is wonderful fresh fish and shellfish, caught by our own day boats, along with a changing menu of locally sourced, seasonal produce.
A quirky space, built into the boatman's stores on Commercial Wharf, The Boathouse Cafe is perfect for cosy coffees and delicious dining from daytime through to evening. There's plenty of outside space for dining al fresco, with fantastic views of Sutton Harbour on the left, Mount Batten and the mouth of the River Plym on the right.
